The single most useful tip is to build in a buffer. Flights land late, baggage takes time and the transfer to Hoodi is a real journey, so do not schedule your rental to the minute. Rates, kilometres and deposit

Five-seaters start from ₹2,800 per day and seven-seaters from ₹4,200 per day, with 250 km included per rental day. If you are driving onward to a far destination, remember the transfer from the airport to Hoodi is separate from your rental, and plan the rental kilometres for the trip ahead. A flat ₹1,000 refundable security deposit applies, returned within 24 to 48 hours of a clean return, subject to deductions for damage, missing fuel or overdue charges. Fuel runs full-to-full — a full tank when you collect and a full tank on return.

What to carry

Bring the essentials with you off the plane: you must be at least 21 with a valid Indian driving licence that is at least one year old, plus your original Aadhaar or another government photo ID for the pickup. The renter named on the booking is the primary driver and must be present when the car is handed over.
