Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. This Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions for cancelling a confirmed booking with RegalCarz and the applicable refunds.
1. Cancellation by the Customer
Cancellation refunds on rental amount are based on how far in advance you cancel before the scheduled pickup time:

Note: The security deposit is fully refunded in all cancellation scenarios, regardless of notice period, as long as the vehicle has not been handed over.
2. How to Cancel
To cancel your booking, please contact us as early as possible through any of the following channels:

Please have your booking details (name, vehicle, pickup date) ready when you contact us. The cancellation timestamp is the time we receive and confirm your cancellation request.
3. Cancellation by RegalCarz
In the rare event that RegalCarz needs to cancel your booking (e.g., due to vehicle unavailability or force majeure), we will:
- Notify you as soon as possible via phone or WhatsApp.
- Offer an alternative vehicle of equal or higher value at no extra cost, if available.
- Provide a full refund of all amounts paid, including any processing fees, if no alternative is acceptable.
RegalCarz shall not be liable for any consequential losses arising from such cancellation.
4. Rescheduling
If you wish to reschedule (change your pickup date) rather than cancel, please contact us at least 24 hours before your original pickup time. Rescheduling is subject to vehicle availability and may incur a โน150 rescheduling fee. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before pickup will be treated as cancellations.
5. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed within 5โ7 business days to the original payment method.
- UPI refunds: typically 1โ3 business days after approval.
- Bank transfer refunds: 3โ5 business days after approval.
- Cash payments: Refunded in cash or via UPI, at our discretion.
